insEYEt, LLC is Hiring a Production Assembler Near Westlake, CA

Located near beautiful Thousand Oaks, California, you will spend your day hand assembling Ophthalmic Surgical Training Models that are used globally by ophthalmic surgeons and residents for training and develop of surgical techniques and procedures.

Workshop Technician will be trained to produce components and assemble parts and subassemblies. Candidates must be willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.

Tasks may also include packaging and shipping orders, organization of supplies, and cleaning and maintenance of workstations and equipment.

Additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

Full Time position, 40 hours weekly.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
  • Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and with minimal interaction with other staff. It's a great job for introverts.
  • Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts.
  • Follow production schedules and work in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Must have good eyesight, including full depth perception, and the ability to accurately differentiate between colors.
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable form of transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time (min 32 hrs. per week)

Salary: $17.00 per hour
